Bud Pennington

Bud Pennington, 81, of Rt. 5, Box 284, died at Pike Manor Health Care Center.

Services will be Friday, June 21, 2002, at 3 p.m. from Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. L.G. Bland officiating.

Burial will follow in Macedonia Church Cemetery with Harrison Funeral Home officiating.

Visitation will be Thursday, June 20, 2002, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Harrison Funeral Home.

He was born Jan. 3, 1921, in Alabama to Tony Pennington and Era Mae Grissette. He was a farmer and active member of Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church.

He is survived by two sisters, Rody Johnson and Johnnie Mae Grider of Montgomery and a devoted friend, Robert Wilson of Troy. He had seven children, three boys and four girls.

Pallbearers will be friends of the family. Floralbearers will be friends of the family.

Donald Daniels, 34, of Brundidge died Tuesday, June 18, 2002. Funeral arrangements will be announced by Bell’s-Liptrot-Dawson Funeral Home at a later date.
