GRANITE CITY, Ill. – Former Troy State golfer Josh Broadaway defeated Rick Stimmell in a sudden-death playoff to capture the St. Louis Tournament title on the NGA/Hooters Tour this past Sunday.

Broadaway, who won A-Sun individual titles in 1999 and 2000, was six-under-par on the last nine holes of the final round to move him into a tie with Stimmell at a 12-under-par 204 on the tournament. The tournament was shortened to 54 holes because of rain.
