Hannah Spann earned the 15-6 win for the Dixie Ponytail Lookouts.

Kasee Carter picked up the save.

The Lookouts scored five runs each in the second, third and fourth innings to win the ball game.

Carter, Kelli Ann Sanders, Keyani Foster and Amberlie Riley each had hits to lead the Lookouts.

For the Sand Gnats, Ashton Ingram, Brittany Knotts, Erica Henderson, Jessica Ginyard and Courtney Hester each had a hit.

The Lookouts maintain first in the league with a 9-0 record.

Renegades 17

Melissa Cain and Nick Jones combined to pick up the win for the Renegades.

The Renegades also remained unbeaten and are 8-0 on the year.

Megan Middlebrooks hit a grand slam home run in the second inning and Nick Jones followed in the third with a homer also. Cain and Jones held the Stars to just two hits in the game. Katie McKenzie scored the Stars’ lone run.

The Renegades received scoring contributions from the top of the order to the bottom. Alex Wagy crossed home plate three times and Courtney Woods, Melonie Conner, Nicole McLeod and Kristen McLendon each scored twice. Ally Ware, Middlebrooks, Melissa Sullivan, Jones, Sara Richburg and Tiffany Wingard each scored once.

Lookouts 6

Lauren Knighten scored two runs to lead the Storm past the Lookouts, 8-6.

Kacey Rhodes, Lynze Price, Leslie Taylor, Danyale Pryor, Sidney Sullivan and Rachel Senn each scored once for the Storm.

Jessica Wilkes, Merla Laviner, Katie Middlebrooks, Lea Kircharr, Kate Mayonette and Laken Griggs each scored a run for the Lookouts.

Lookouts 10

Rivercats 6

The Lookouts snapped the Rivercats unbeaten streak with a 10-6 win.

Deanne Smith scored twice while Stacey Tillery, Laviner, Wilkes, Mayonette, Asiah Reeves, Middlebrooks, Adranne Buchanan and Yahire Carlisle each scored one run.

For the Rivercats, Sara Hayden scored two runs, Jordan Hardy, Shelby Strother, Jenna Ham and Abby Linton each scored one run.

Orioles 3

Daniel Martin earned the win for the Cardinals and Matthew Corbin had a single in a 7-3 win over the Orioles.

For the Orioles, Clifton Brady had two home runs, Clay Massey had two singles and David Fleming had a double and a single in the loss.

Tigers 6

Orioles 2

Jared Rogers chipped in a single and got the win on the mound as well as the Tigers downed the Orioles, 6-2.

Ricky Goodwin had two hits, as did Dustin Smith, and Chandler Hudson added a single.

Brady had a double for the Orioles. Fleming and Massey also added hits.

Yankees 16

Darren Reynolds was the winning pitcher and Parker Sanders picked up the save in the Yankees 16-4 win over the Orioles.

Leading hitters for the Yankees were: Sanders with a triple, Ryan Skeen with a single, Aaron Allen (double), Reynolds (single and double), Justin Sanders (single), Quan Bryant (single) and Brent Penrod (single).

Corey Goodson had a single and Brady had a single also for the Orioles.

Dodgers 14

Anthony McBryde and Adam Senn each hit home runs to lead the Dodgers to a 14-4 win over the Orioles.

Zeb Swindall, Kelly Tellis and Jeremy McGuire each had doubles for the Dodgers also. Casey Weston added a single and McBryde was the winning pitcher.

Goodson and Massey each had homers for the Orioles. Zack Wood and Stephen Grissette each had singles.

Braves 7

Dodgers 5

Russell Osborne went the full six innings, striking out 11 batters, as the Braves won their second straight with a 7-5 decision over the Dodgers.

The Braves opened with a five run lead in the first inning.

Matthew Ellis, Darius Wilson and Travalon Thomas each had singles for the Braves and Aaron Simmons went 2-for-2 at the plate.

McBryde took the loss for the Dodgers. He faced seven batters and gave up five runs off three hits. McGuire came in as relief, striking out nine and allowing two runs on two hits. Senn, Swindall, Jawara White, and McGuire each had hits. McGuire had a home run. Weston also went 2-for-3 with a homer and McBride was 3-for-3.
