Billy Jo Barron, 51, of Troy died Wednesday, July 19, 2000 at his residence.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. July 22, 2000 at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Troy with the Rev. Marvin Jackson officiating. Dillard Funeral Home of Troy will be directing.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Glen Barron; mother, Lula Agnes Barron; sister, Catheryne Barron; brothers, Aubrey Glen and C.D. Barron.

He is survived by his wife, Jeannie Norman Barron of Troy; two sons, Jason and Jake Barron of Troy; daughter and son-in-law, Belinda and Dwight Eaton of Opp; grandsons, Luke Barron of Troy and Daniel Eaton of Opp; granddaughter, Kayle Eaton of Opp; brothers-in-law, Butch Norman and Mike Norman, both of Luverne; sisters-in-law, Phyllis and Lynn Norman of Luverne and Faye Barron of Troy; several nieces and nephews; an uncles, David Barron of Ozark, George McVay Jr. and Lint McVay of Troy; aunts, Dee Barron of Ozark, Faye Barron of Troy, Minnie McVay of Troy and Margie McVay of Troy; several cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the giver’s favorite charity.
