Atilla Ege Serim, 25, an international student from Turkey at TSU, died Friday, Feb. 4, 2000 in Troy.

A memorial service will be at 3:30 p.m., Monday, Feb. 7 at the Chapel of Dillard Funeral Home in Troy.

Visitation will be from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday, Feb. 7 at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy.

Louis B. Mahone

Louis B. Mahone, 75, of Pensacola, Fla., died Wednesday, Feb. 2, 2000.

His funeral was held at 1 p.m., Saturday at Center Point Church of Christ on Highway 94 with the Rev. John L. Flowers presiding. George F. Grubbs Funeral Home handled arrangements.

Born on Nov. 24, 1924 in Crenshaw County, Mr. Mahone was the son of the late Pearson Mahone Sr., and the late Fannie Mae Mahone.

Survivors include wife, Claudie Mahone; three daughters, Christine Moultry and son-in-law Johnny Moultry of Montgomery, Ruby Williams and son-in-law Johnny Williams of Grady, Linda Williams and son-in-law Phillip Williams of Troy; sons William Mahone and daughter-in-law Glenda Mahone, Rodger Mahone and daughter-in-law Lugenia Mahone of Troy; daughter-in-law Delbra Mahone of Helicon, Ala.; sisters Eugenia Clayton and brother-in-law Curlin Clayton, and Nellie B. Trotter Mahone, all of Cleveland, Ohio; brothers James Mahone and sister-in-law Lyllie Mahone, Pearson Mahone Jr. and sister-in-law Stephney Mahone of Cleveland, Ohio, Galvester Mahone of Troy; sister-in law Maypie Jones of Shady Grove; brothers in law Fred Trotter and Mozell Trotter and his wife Louise Trotter, all of Birmingham; 20 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Masonic Brothers and church members.

Floralbearers will be grandchildren and friends of the family.
