Nathan Randall Sanders, 19, of Troy died Sunday, September 19, 1999.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, September 22, 1999, at the Chapel of Dillard Funeral Home in Troy. Burial with full military honors will follow at Springhill Cemetery in Springhill, Alabama, with Dillard Funeral Home in Troy directing.

Survivors include his parents, Randall and Elaine Sanders of Troy; sister, Alice Sanders of Troy; grandparents, Aubrey (Snap) and Brenda Hughes of Clio; Roy and Jewel Sanders of Brundidge; and one uncle, Danny Ray Sanders of Brundidge.

Visitation will be held between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m., Tuesday, September 21, 1999, at Dillard funeral Home in Troy.

James D. Thompson

James D. Thompson, 87, of Troy died Sunday, September 19, 1999 at Pike Manor Nursing Home.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, September 21, 1999, at the Chapel of Dillard Funeral Home in Troy with the Rev. Carlton Moore officiating. Burial will follow at Springhill Cemetery in Springhill with Dillard Funeral Home in Troy directing.

Survivors include his wife, Ida Mae Thompson of Troy; three sons and two daughters-in-law, James W. and Nettie Thompson of Troy; John C. Thompson of Albany, Ga.; William C. and Betty Thompson of Savannah, Ga.; daughter, Jo Williamson of Troy; and sister, Iberia Mitchum of Fayette.

Visitation was held between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m., Monday, September 20, 1999, at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy.
