The University of Alabama and Vanderbilt both have players from Pike County, as well. Where's the coverage of those schools? Both of them have better records than Auburn, and Nick Walker has done some big things for Bama. I think Chris Nickson has been injured for most of the season, but that seems like a story in itself. Maybe I missed it, but was there even a story about the Vanderbilt-Auburn game? And what about pro players with local ties? Just seems a little like picking and choosing.
