I know for a FACT that just about every time I have been in Hendricks I have left without anyone asking to help me, I know for a FACT that I have stood at the counter while the sales people have shot the breeze and offered no help, I know for a FACT that they were not busy. Every time I have been in Lowe’s one of the sales people has always asked if they could help, and this is a FACT. I know this is a FACT because it happened to me and thats a FACT!!!!!!

No I won’t go there for the sale, if they wouldn’t wait on me before what makes you think they will wait on me at a sale, especially when I’m not a frequent shopper. Customer service is what keeps a local store in business when companies like Lowe’s are in town and the lack of it is why Hendricks is closing the doors! The other 2 hardware stores have always waited on me as soon as I walked in the door and I’m not a frequent shopper there either, that’s why they have received my business instead of Hendricks. It looks like the majority of comments agree with mine!!!

I really don’t feel sorry that Hendricks is going out of business, they have no customer service. I have stood at the counter while the people talked to each other until I gave up and left, I should not have for ask service, they seemed to only want to wait on the large sales. Most of the people I know feel the same way!!

That's the problem no one will remember at election time. Just before elections they will throw us a scrap or two and all will be forgiven. Thats how its been for years and will be until we wake-up!!!!

Did you ever stop to think that maybe he has made some sound investment during the years, it sounds like some of you have a bad case of wealth-envy! As for the personal property comment if you have proof of any law enforcement person doing that, then you are part of the problem for not reporting it. Kind of puts you in that typical douchebag group. AND THATS MY OPINION!!!!

I hate to disagree with some but, I'm not rich nor am I poor, but a $150 or $200 dollar jump in my electric bill would effect me a quite a lot.

I had Troy Cable and the signal was so bad I could not even see some of the channels on the high end of the band. I went with Dish and am extremely happy. AT&T will let you purchase DSL without you having a phone, I dropped the phone service several months ago because we use our cell phones but kept the DSL saved about $50.00 bucks a month.
