I have a child that graduated from CCHS with an advanced diploma and was well prepared for college. Troy City Schools does an excellent job preparing students with "normal" and "above normal" intelligence for college or whatever career they choose to pursue. However, I have a "special needs" child and I am puzzled by how little the system does to try to make each special needs child successful.

I have had occasion,unfortunately, to use the services of both Haynes and Care. The quality of service from both was great. However, Haynes did not accept my insurance which left me footing the entire bill. That is not important at the time of an emergency, but certainly needs considering before contracting with any service.
