God does exist and God does care. He gave us freewill. He left that choice up to us. This is just a horrible situation. No one will ever no the reason for this except those involved. My prayers go out to the Black and Marsh family as well as Rooster. Clearly theres more to the story. Somethings missing between the trash being taken out and wanting to borrow a cup........This is just a tragic event.

I beg to differ. The drug problem lies in no ones hand but the drug user. The District Attorney nor the law enforcement are to blame nor can they stop it. When one drug epidemic subsides a new one takes its place. A drug user will find another drug to the place of the one that deminishes.
