What good does it do to speculate about what happened here and who was at fault? Unless you personally witnessed this accident and know the facts, why would you bad mouth the state trooper. He has a very dangerous job and I'm sure he was just trying to do what we pay him to do. Just be thankful no one was killed and call it what it was - an accident. And no I'm not married to a state trooper and don't even know one personally. I do know I have never been stopped and given a ticket when I didn't deserve it.

Great post NotPerfect!!!! Not much left for me to say after that. I will say that my kids will NOT be in school on Tuesday if TCS chooses to play this video. I sure hope you Obama loving folks wake up and smell the roses before it is too late. Please stop trying to make it about race and just look at his heart and all of the mistakes his administration has already made. If you think he or his Washington cronies really have your best interest at heart you are a group of very sad, brain-washed folks. Contrary to what he promises you he will do - taking from the rich to care for the poor - he will destroy you too and laugh because you actually fell for his empty promises.

WOW . . .these guys are so special and not just because they won the World Series. You have showed so much class in some unclassy situations and have taught us so much about determination, composure and teamwork. Thank you for a wonderful summer boys. Thank you to the City of Troy for the unbelievable support. And, last but not least, thank you to the City of Enterprise for allowing us the opportunity to win a World Series in our own backyard.

If you haven't been in Enterprise to see the "come back kids" play ball you have missed a blessing. These guys never quit and continue to amaze us in so many ways. I just want to say thank you to the hundreds of people who have come out to support us and hope that you are all back tonight. These boys are already winners no matter the
outcome tonight and have certainly proven they deserve to be in the final game. Fight with all of your heart just one more time boys!!!

These guys do play doubleheaders in freshman ball but not to the same level of intensity and emotions as a WS game. That is like comparing a h.s. championship game to a regular season game that does not mean anything. Remember that these guys had also played their hearts out the night before until after midnight. Also, not typical in h.s. games. I'm not making excuses for them because they are a tough group of guys that don't need me to, but please don't suggest they had no reason to be somewhat tired last night unless you have been there. I highly suspect you haven't or you wouldn't have even posted that comment.

Thank you Nick for doing such a good job covering the Dixie Boys team this week. We are all extremely excited and you have summed it all up well from each perspective. I look forward to you covering us throughout the World Series week!!! These boys are awesome (on the field and off) and certainly deserve the spotlight.

This is such a great group of boys who have given us a fun and exciting summer. I am looking forward to this weekend and encourage everyone to come to Enterprise and support these guys. I want Troy to show these other teams how much they truly love baseball! GO ALABAMA!!!

CHTU - I agree. For example, my child went 5-7 in the DH with 5 RBI's and didn't even get a mention. Need to do a better job covering what actually happened in the game and all of the players who performed well. The article at www.chhstrojans.org does a good job of covering total team performance.
