Shut up by the book. Exactly who did create racism? I agree that it needs to start at home but have you ever dealt with these people (they are the ones that blissfully is talking about). I have dealt with it and do it daily and I don't like being around the crap so why should I want my kids around it. I teach my kids right and I don't want my kids around the mess.

(Turtle)I don't think that it is Barron that people don't like in the Commission. I think it is people like Harris, Wright, and Goodson. I hear complaints about these three all the time yet they were voted back in. I think this is because a lot of people voted straight Democrat. Harris can't even speak proper English and the same goes for the retired teacher(Forbish) of 30 years. Calhoun is not any better either.

I am just saying...why can't they take some of that money and use toward something else. I don't really know what pot it comes out of but I do know that it is over spent money that could be put some where else for better use.

jkelly, you are crazy....I know of a lot of other state jobs that require you to have a 4 year degree that start off less than what teachers make and work 8-5 year around and are very stressful. I agree with Jack....teachers chose their profession.
