Condemmed before even opening the doors . They are a good store and are fair in their prices . How do you expect Troy to grow and get new retail stores if you take such an attitude . You can at least give them the opportunity to show you what they sell and remember no one is making you shop with them .

Bet they don't talk that way face to face with a trooper . Sounds like they all have been stopped before and this gives them the chance to mouth off as an unknown.

Hey you may be on to something WDM . Probably rushing to get there first to assist in the stop . Hope the person intended for the stop realizes how close he was to getting assaulted.

I sincerely hope that a lot of people are reading this article and remembering what the United States really is .Years have passed since the events mentioned happened but we lost and are still losing our sons , our fathers and yes , now our daughters also . Never forget that you live in the greatist country in the World .

deerhunter05 your the exact type person that does not need to ever be in law enforcement . Your statement that you'd have tazed him first thing when he exited the car shows you act without engaging your brain . Chief Davenport was aware of the situation and chose not to contact the Coffee Co. sheriffs dept. This also happened in the afternoon when there would have been other officers available to assist. Why was he making the stop in the first place ?? Griffin must have ordered Yohn to do so which just adds to the errors made in this incident.

AlabamaDreamin I like your summary of the situation . A little humor is needed when reading this comedy .

This is comical . Griffin has to be out and out lying . Yohn also seems to be lying . Hopefully if he does appeal he'll be found guilty and finally punished . Chief Davenport is wrong if he doesn't reprimand Yohn who plainly stated he didn't know how to operate his camera . How long has he been on the force?? Too many questions with no answers but it is a shameful act for the City of Brundidge .

What I'd really like to know and seeningly no one else knows is WHY was the stop made in the first place ? Was Terry arrested and charged and for what crime ? I could go on and on but no one is giving answers so why bother.

This incident had a smell to it from the start and the stink just got worse . Does Griffin carry that much authority that he just walks away after illegally assaulting an innocent person . Peeps your correct in saying or suggesting that it was a felony . If possible , if I were Schultz I'm afraid I'd be suing Griffin for everything he owned.
