I've known Coach Snyder since he first started teaching at Banks Middle School in the early 90's. He has always been for what's best for the students and is probally one of the best role models for students in the Pike County School system. I think that Goshen has the right man for the job.

I don't see how the county can give a 3% raise when they can't even fix the bridge that's been out for over four months. Also, we all say no to the idea of the Dean's wanting to close County Road 7704.

It's nice to know that the commisioner didn't want to borrow any money to try and fix the bridge. He could care less since he hasn't had to drive his new truck on the dirt road not one time. Also where did the money come from to repave the the parking lot around the courthouse and between the Central office and DA's office?

Why can't we get the bridge fixed on Co. Rd. 7708 ? It has been over three months now and still nothng. I'm sure that the citizens attending the July 4th parade in China Grove will be very pleased with Commisioner Wright. I don't think he has even attempted update anyone on the status of the bridge. I hope he enjoyed the votes he received at the last election.
