Why dont we just let everyone with less than 10 prior convictions not have go to prison(sarcasm). I cant believe some of you think this is too harsh, maybe next time they rob, shot or do something bad, it might happened to you to keep "us" from going through something like this.

Of course they go with murder, this way he can plea out to a lesser charge; thats how the system works the guilty get lighter sentences and prosecuters dont have to try to win cases, its a win, win right?

Not exactly sure about that BOOMER, I know from the newspaper about commission meetings where they approve the "purchase" of so many new vehicles. Wonder if you can get grants for new county jails.
