I'm not saying that you can't go up there. You are the pinhead for jumping to such a conclusion. I simply asked why you would take your children there if it wasn't your residential neighborhood. I was wondering if you take your kids there because you expect a certain quality of candy or if there was some other reason you chose that particular neighborhood.

I guess the Crowe Hill people can't afford to give out candy to everyone. What reasoning would there be for having another halloween night?

If people want Troy to grow, they are going to have to give the students various places to live. Not everyone wants to live on campus. If the residents have legitimate complaints, they can call the police. They also can call the landlord of said property.
