Yeah! And make sure to go after those unmarried couples who are living together too. Technically they are not family so they too should be fined! So all you couples living in R1 zoned neighborhoods who are not married better run!

Bah, theft is nothing new. Times are no worse now than they were 50 years ago. But if Troy Police Department is arresting theives, maybe they should start with the Troy Police Department employees.

No we are not. A recession occurs when real gross domestic product (GDP) growth is negative for two or more consecutive quarters. A slowdown is not a recession. GDP was actually up 2.8% in the 2nd quarter of '08.
Secondly, social security should be dropped. It is a bad program and has always been a bad program. But that is another discussion.
