If the appraised value is $280,000, then why is it only appraised for $164,000 at the court house for tax purposes. Sounds to me like Earl Ellis is doing his own appraisals.

MessengerReader23 when you are talking about a FAIR tax structure, the sales tax is the only fair tax there is. Everyone who buys anything has to pay it. It is only FAIR as you put it is when everyone pays his share.

I don't know which Lowes you are shopping at but I have never been able to get service here in Troy. I have left several times and went to Enterprise to get what I wanted. The emloyees at Hendricks has always been willing to help. The only problem was they did not always have what you needed.
