yeah we also wonder why he is out on bond too.....you think they wouldnt let him out ......all I can say is enjoy ur 27 more days as a free man...hopefully he wil get a loooong time...and maybe she can start putting all of this behind her!
I would also like to say she is a very brave little girl to get on that stand and testify regardless of how her mother was .....and she also done a great job as well! Her standing up and tellin someone maybe has kept him from doing this to some other liitle innocent girl.

NO evidence????? You obviously was not present at this hearing....the nurse from Flowers who checked her the day she went to the hospital testified on the stand that, that girl had been sexually assaulted....Lee also got a lady from the child advocasey center to interview her and he was hoping that, that lady would some how testify on his behalf that the child was lieing...but guess what?? she testified against him!!! Because she said that child was telling the truth....so I dont know where you get there was "NO evidence" you need to do your research before you start defending some sick freak!

yeah it is very upsetting!!!!! Its upsetting to know that someone would question this child.....because of "knowing Kerry.".....well did you know he is a bad drug addict and seller.....yeah I'm sure there is alot of things you dont know about him.....I dont know how any 3 year old could make up something as terrible as what he done to her!!!!!! There is NO WAY!!!!

You all are right!!!! This is my second cousin that this happened too....she would NEVER have made up something like this!!! And as for her sick twisted mother...she is just a low down crack head who only cares about drugs and men more than her children!!! She should have been prosecuted as well....especially after she kid napped the child and took her back to his house for the weekend after he had done this to the child!!!! Luckily she does not have custody any more....and I hope she can never regain custody EVER!! So please everyone if you would keep her and her family in your prayers!

I see why everyone is sooo upset with you...you must have nothing else to do that to piss people off! You should NEVER question God EVER!! He gives you freewill to make your own decisions... weather you make the wrong decision is up to you. He does not make you do anything!!

I agree with makala...He was a very sweet person but he did have a rough life!! He would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it.. His family really needs prayer, but especially his grand mother she has lost her husband, daughter , and now her grandson. It's just a very sad situation! He will be missed!!
