Madelin Paez of Brundidge was third runner-up in the 2008 Pre-Teen Alabama Academic and Enrichment Program. She will represent Alabama in the Pre-Teen America National Competition in Baton Rouge in July 2009. More than 200 pre-teens from across the nation will compete.
