I THINK THAT THERE SHOULD BE CHARGES OTHER THAN OBSTRUCTION OF GOVERMENTAL INSTRUMENT. WHEN YOU ARE SHOOTING A GUN AT A CAR WITH PEOPLE IN IT.
OBVIOUSLY YOU DID NOT KNOW WHO WAS IN THAT CAR.

IT MUST BE NICE TO BE PHILLIP SANDERS. HE IS THE ONLY PERSON I KNOW THAT CAN PULL OUT A GUN IN A MOVING TRUCK AND SHOOT AT A MUSTANG WITH 3 YOUNG ADULTS JUST OUT OF THERE TEENS AND GET AWAY WITH THIS. HE COULD HAVE KILLED ALL THREE PEOPLE IN THE CAR! I CAN'T BELEIVE THAT HE HAS NOT BEEN CHARGED WITH MORE THAN THE CHARGES LISTED. IF THAT HAD BEEN ANYONE ELSE THEY WOULD STILL BE SITTING IN JAIL WITH OUT BOND!! I STILL CAN'T BELEIVE MY EYES ON THESE CHARGES!!! I AM VERY DISAPOINTED AT OUR LAW ENFORCEMENT. I AM THE AUNT TOO SEVERAL OF THE VICTIMS IN THIS CASE. I ALSO USE TO BE AN OLD FRIEND TO MR. PHILLIP SANDERS SO I AM NOT SUPRISED HE HAS DONE THIS. I AM JUST THANKFUL THAT MY NIECES AND NEPHEW ARE ALIVE! I JUST HOPE THAT JUSTICE WILL BE SERVED. I AM SURE MY NIECES AND NEPHEW WOULD BE VERY PROUD THAT THERE AUNT KATHY POSTED THIS!

Why is it so hard for the Messenger to keep these police records up to date? It's been almost a month since they've updated. Yes I am nosey and like to see who gets arrested and glad it's not me in there!
