Frances Carter Thompson
Frances Carter Thompson died Tuesday, February 7, 2006. Visitation will be Friday, Feb. 10, 2006, from noon until 2 p.m. at Dillard Funeral Home in Brundidge.
The funeral service will be held Friday, Feb. 10, 2006, at 2 p.m. at Dillard Funeral Home in Brundidge with her brother Billy Carter and nephews Chad Carter, Andy Carter and the Rev. Chuck Blair officiating.
Burial will follow in the Springfield Cemetery with Dillard Funeral Home of Brundidge directing.
She was preceded in death by her son John William Thompson her parents William Anderson and Mattie Irene Carter and two brothers Sam and Richard of Brundidge and three sisters, Lucille Fleming of Brundidge, Nina Adams of Phenix City and Eloise Herrington of Columbus, Ga.
She is survived by sisters Mollie Evans of Columbus, Ga., Merietta Findley (Gerald) of Gainesville, Fla., brothers, Hilton Carter (Irene) of Brundidge, Max Carter, Smith Station,
Gene Carter, Columbus, Ga., Jimmy (Martha) Carter, Auburn and Billy (Joan) Carter, Troy,
and sister-in-law Betty L. Carter, Brundidge.
She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Robert Fleming, Paul Fleming, Hugh Herrington, James Fleming, Charles Senn and Carter Miles.
