Lola Christine Parker, age 77 of Troy died Thursday, March 24, 2016 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born January 9, 1933 to the late Harvey and Grace Brown Christine, She also is preceded in death by her husband, Max Ray Parker, daughter, Donna Parker and her son, Danny Parker her brothers, Tommy and Roy Pope and her sisters, Annie Ruth Gray and Johnnie Hartzog. Christine worked for 23 years until her retirement from Fruit of The Loom.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Green Hills Funeral Home.

Survivors include, her daughters, Maxine Cox, Rachel Grantham ( Billy), Linda Parker, Brenda (Terry) Dease. Her son Randy Parker, 15 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren, a sister, Cathy Free (Fred), brother, Donald Pope and a sister-in-law, Betty Henderson.
