BullyProof art contest winners

Two students were recognized recently by representatives of East Central Mental Health and Troy University for their winning artwork in the BullyProof design contest. The young artists designed anti-bullying messages that are being used as part of the anti-bullying initiatives led by ECMH and Troy University’s Counseling epartment. The students’ designed will be used for bookmarks that will be distributed to other young people throughout the community during the next year. At top, Goshen High School Councelor AnaBelle Lee joins eighth-grader Opaylyn Bradley, who won the high school contest, and Teresa Kidd, ECMH outreach coordinator, and Holly Elkins, CSI with Troy University and ECMH intern. Above, Jennifer Lindsey, Troy Elementary art teacher, joins Howell Leverette, the second-grader who won the elementary school contest, as well as Elkins and Kidd.
