Single-vehicle accident leads to injury

A female was airlifted to Southeast Alabama Medical Center in Dothan after a single-vehicle accident on Alabama Highway 223 at the 8 mile marker at approximately 12:50 p.m. Thursday. Jesse Thornton with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency reported that the female suffered a serious neck injury, but it was not critical.
