Mrs. Virginia Godwin Brown of Troy died Thursday, May 21, 2015 at the Troy health and Rehabilitation Center.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, May 23, 2015 at 2:00 pm from the Chapel of Dillard Funeral Home in Troy with Reverend Mack King officiating. Burial will follow in the St. John Cemetery with Dillard Funeral Home of Troy Directing.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the Funeral Home.

She is survived by her daughters, Vanessa (Bobby) Davis of Troy, Phyllis Givens of Dothan and Terry Brown of Dothan; a son Danny (Patsy) Brown of Troy, her grandsons Daniel Brown, Lee and Wes Davis and Jeffrey Scarbrough, her great grandchildren Shylbe and Cierra Davis, Will and Brett Scarbrough, two sisters Betty Crawford and Glenda Sasser.

She was preceded in death by her husband William Ross Brown and a son Donnie Brown.
