William Albert (Will) Fridlin, Jr.

William Albert Fridlin, Jr., better known as Will, age 35, passed on to be with the Lord in San Francisco, California on March 30, 2015. Will was born in Atlanta, Georgia on October 13, 1979. His parents, Bert and Ginger Fridlin of Troy and his sister, Melissa Fridlin Murrell of Prattville will hold a memorial service for Will at Calvary Baptist Church, 118 West Orange Street in Troy at 3:00 PM on Sunday, May 3, 2015 with visitation beginning at 2:00 PM. Rev. Mack Lowery and Dr. Ellis Bush will officiate.

Will was preceded in death by grandparents, Charles Carl Fridlin Jr, Rema Mae Fridlin, and Dacre Green Davis and Uncle Dacre Green Davis, Jr.

He is survived by parents William A. “Bert” and Virginia Davis “Ginger” Fridlin of Troy, sister Melissa Laine Fridlin (Jeff) Murrell of Prattville, and Grandmother Ona Myrle Davis of Troy; and, Aunts and Uncles, Nancy Van Horn of Atlanta, Georgia, Charlie and Nancy Fridlin of Pelham, Alabama, William and Frances Davis, Mary and Fitz Lee, Herby and Becky Davis, and Ricky Davis of Troy and Larry and Linda Davis of Okeechobee, Florida and numerous cousins.

The body was cremated at Pacific Interment Mortuary and Crematory in San Francisco, California and the family traveled to San Francisco to bring the remains back to Pike County to be buried in a private family ceremony at the William Davis Family Cemetary.
