Hodge accepted into West Point Military Academy

Baxter Hodge, son of Ray and Deana Hodge of Montgomery, Alabama, has received an appointment to the Class of 2019 at the United States Military Academy at West Point. Hodge is the grandson of Buck and Haldine Baxter of Auburn and the great-grandson of the late Ralph and Hallie Dickert of Brundidge.

Hodge is scheduled to graduate from Eastwood Christian School in May 2015. While at Eastwood, Hodge was a member of the football, cross country, basketball, and baseball teams. He also participated in Beta Club, SGA, and Fellowship of Christian Athletes. The appointed members of the Class of 2019 will report to West Point for the first time on June 29, 2015.
