Burney Hughes Enzor age 77 of Troy Died Thursday, January 8, 2015 in Montgomery.

Burney was a Baptist Minister and Retired from the Army National Guard after 30 years as a Chaplain at the final rank of Brigadier General.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, January 12, 2015 at 11:00 at the Brantley Baptist Church with his son Steve and Reverends Clay Crum and Clifford Mathews officiating, and at 3:00 pm Monday in the Chapel of Dillard Funeral Home in Troy with his son Steve and Reverends Warner Floyd and Ike Steverson son officiating. Burial will follow in the Union Hill Cemetery with Dillard Funeral Home of Troy Directing.

Visitation will be held Sunday from 4:00 until 6:00 pm at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy. He will also lie-in-state at the church Monday morning from 10:00 until 11:00 am.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years Jeanell Barnett Enzor, a daughter Melanie Barnes, two sons Stephen Burney Enzor and Mark Alan (Tricia) Enzor, his grandchildren Dr. Rikki Enzor, Alyssa Enzor, Vandi Enzor (Will) Terrill, Kaylee Barnes (Coleman) Ulmer, Kacee Enzor, Danni Enzor, Raylen Barnes, Jayden Barnes, Taytom Barnes, Stephen Burney Enzor, Jr., Baylor Barnes and Heath Enzor, a brother-in-law Edward (Patricia) Barnett.

Active pallbearers will be Jayden, Tatom, and Baylor Barnes, Heath Enzor, Coleman Ulmer and John Ford.

Honorary pallbearers will be Military Chaplains, Baptist Ministers and Stephen Burney Enzor, Jr.

Flowers will be accepted or memorial may be made to Gideons International or the Brantley Baptist Church Memorial Fund.
