Robert Edward “Bob” Carlisle, Age 73, of Troy died Thursday, December 11, 2014 in Florida. Funeral services were held Sunday, December 14, 2014 at 2:00 PM from the Springhill Baptist Church with Reverend Kenny Horn officiating. Burial followed in the Springhill Cemetery, Dillard Funeral Home in Troy directing.

Visitation was held at Springhill Baptist Church from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM Sunday, December 14, 2014.

Mr. Carlisle is survived by his children, Chuck Carlisle, Cindy Snell (Greg) and Bo Carlisle (Cindi); 2 brothers, John Carlisle, Byron Carlisle; grandchildren, Summer Phillips, Brittany Hammonds (Deven), Brett Carlisle (Morgan Blake Carlisle), Kristen Carlisle and Brandon Shipman (Caitlin) and great-grandchildren, Haylee Rafferty, Jackson Eddins, Presley Phillips, Daley Shipman and Anabella Hammonds and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his wife Kay Carlisle and a son Tim Carlisle.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the Springhill Cemetery Fund.
