Willie Mae “MaeMae” Pritchett Lawson

Lawson, Willie Mae “MaeMae” Pritchett, 77, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2014 in a Montgomery hospital. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, Nov. 22, 2014, 2:00 p.m., from Mt. Hillard United Methodist Church with Rev. Pat McWhorter officiating. Burial will follow in Ramah Cemetery, Josie, Alabama, with Gray Funeral Home directing.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles G. Lawson; her parents, Joe Green Pritchett and Abbie Ruth Braswell Pritchett; brother, Joe Gordon Pritchett; sisters, Ruth Chance and Kate Bickley.

She is survived by her daughters: Pam Lawson (Danny) Thompson of Pike Road, Patti Lawson (Odell) Wilhite of Mathews, Pennie Lawson Smith of Mathews; grandchildren: Hunter (Ballard) Smith, Hollan Smith, James (Melissa) Wilhite, Alli Wilhite, Joseph Wilhite, Rebekah Wilhite, Michael Wilhite, Derrick (Ammie) Thompson, Dejie (Matt) Guerrier; great-grandchildren: Charlie Wilhite, Asa Thompson, Vivie Thompson, Ava Grayce Guerrier, Jack Guerrier; sister, Sybil Rotton; sister-in-law, Dean Pritchett and many nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Billy Rotton, Steven Rotton, Joe Frank Rotton, Mike Rotton, Jimmy Chance, Larry Bickley, Tim Lunsford, and Johnny Witherington.
