Mrs. Ruby Cleone Chance of Troy passed away Friday, October 17, 2014 at Troy Health and Rehab. She was 86. Funeral services were held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 20, 2014 at Skeen Funeral Home Chapel in Troy with Rev. Ernest Green officiating. Burial followed in Spring Hill Cemetery with Skeen Funeral Home of Troy directing. The family received friends from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Monday prior to the service at the funeral home. She was born February 24, 1928 in Pike County, AL. to the late Fox Senn and Carrie Bell Allen Senn. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, William Wallace Chance and a son William Herman Chance. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law: Jan Brown (Donald), Troy; son: Fox Clayton Chance, Doniphan, MO; grandchildren: Barbara Jean Chance, Matt Chance (Gwyn), Carrie Chance, Dawn McClintock (Danny), Robin Miller, Eric Chance, Shane Chance (Shay), Nicholas Chance (Jennifer), Jeffrey Brown, and Adrienne Brown and her fiancée, Guadalupe Castillo, Jr. 8 great grandchildren, brother-in-law: Tom Campbell, sister-in-law: Anne Chance, aunt: Clara Allen and several cousins. Serving as pallbearers will be Matt Chance, Danny McClintock, Shane Chance, Nicholas Chance, Jeffrey Brown, Nathaniel Chance.
