Four people have been arrested in connection with the Tuesday night robberies of the same victim at two different locations in Troy.
Kennith Earl George, 25, of Montgomery; Whitney Victoria Youngblood, 25, of Troy; and Brittney Marisha Knox, 23, of Troy have been arrested and charged with first-degree robbery. George received an additional charge of shooting into an occupied vehicle.
In that instance, the victim reported he was robbed at gunpoint in the 100 block of Rose Circle about 10:30 p.m. Tuesday. The victim was not injured, but George allegedly fired several rounds as he fled the robbery scene, including one that hit the victim’s car.
William Cortez Jeater, 27, of Troy was also arrested and charged with second-degree robbery. According to police, Jeater robbed the same victim at the BP gas station on North Three Notch Street after the robbery on Rose Circle.
Troy Police are continuing to investigate the two cases and are unsure at this time if the two robberies of the same victim are connected.
Both George and Youngblood were taken into custody in Montgomery about 2:30 p.m. Wednesday and Knox was placed under arrest in Troy about an hour later. All three will be processed through the Troy City Jail and then transferred to the Pike County Jail.
George’s total bond is $60,000 and Youngblood and Knox both have a bond of $50,000.
Jeater was processed at the Troy City Jail Wednesday and transferred to the Pike County Jail on a $5,000 bond.
Troy Police Chief Jimmy Ennis extends thanks to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s office and Montgomery Police Department for their assistance in the investigation and arrests.
