Malcolm Bundrick

Malcolm Bundrick age 78 passed away on July 6, 2013 after an extended illness at Troy Regional Medical Center. He was born July 6, 1935 in Brundidge , Alabama. Visitation will be held at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy, Monday, July 8, 2013 from 6-8 PM.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, July 9, 2013  at 3:00 PM at Dillard Funeral Home Chapel in Troy with Reverend Donnie Dunn and Reverend WO Sanders officiating. Burial will follow in Union Hill Cemetery with Dillard Funeral Home in Troy directing.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Fox and Jessie Whittington Bundrick, his brother, William Bundrick, Sister, Frances Bundrick Flowers and an infant  Granddaughter.

He is survived by his wife, Drucie Whitehurst Bundrick, Daughters and Sons-in-law, Sheila and Al Rotton and Louanne and Joe McCall, Grandchildren, John Randall Rotton, Tyler Rotton, Mallorie McCall and Sam McCall, Sisters-in-law, Annette Phillips and Eleanor Blanton, Nieces , Kay Beth Reader, Pattie Stewart, Melissa Diggs, Glenda Newton, and Anita Fondren and several great nieces and nephews and his Buddy “Snoops”.

He was a member of Banks Baptist Church where he served as a deacon. He was retired from the Southeast Alabama Electric C0-0p as office manager after 40 years of service. He Served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. He also served on the board of  the Choctawhatchee, Pea,  and Yellow Rivers Watershed Management Authority. He served 2 terms on the Pike County Chamber of Commerce and served on the board of the Alabama Rural Electric Credit Union.

Serving as pallbearers will be , John Randall Rotton, Tyler Rotton, Sam McCall, Cade Newton, Mark Hill and David Bailey. Honorary Pallbearers will be theemployees  and retired employees of the South Alabama Electric Co-op.
