Funeral services will be held from Hayes Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 PM Sunday June 16, 2013 with Elder Mickey Smith officiating. Committal services will follow in the Pine Level Community Cemetery. Visitation will be at Hayes Funeral Home on Saturday, June 15, 2013 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
