Mr. Charles F. Rouse of Troy passed away Monday, May 13, 2013 at his residence in Troy, AL. He was 54. Memorial services for Charles F. Rouse will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 16, 2013 at Collegedale Church of Christ in Troy with Minister Bobby Templin officiating, Skeen Funeral Home of Troy directing. The family will receive friends at the church Thursday from 1p.m. until 2 p.m. one hour prior to the service. He was born September 7, 1958 in Orlando, FL. to Bobby F. Rouse and Barbara Ann Flournoy Rouse. He was the Snap-on-Tool man for the Troy area 21 years. He was preceded in death by his father, Bobby F. Rouse. Survivors include his wife: Mary Joann Turner Rouse, Troy; son: Christopher Rouse; daughters, sons-in-law and grandson: Alicia A. Rouse (Cole) Garner; grandson: Gray Knight Garner; Robin L. (Tyler) Oakes, all of Troy; mother: Barbara Ann Rouse, Montgomery, AL; sister and brother-in-law: Cynthia (Kenny) Walls, Huntsville, AL; and a brother and sister-in-law: Wayne (Jane) Rader, Troy.
