Lavell Johnson, age 85, of Brundidge died Sunday, April 21, 2013 at his home. A graveside service for Lavell Johnson will be held Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at 3:00 PM from the Chestnutt Grove Cemetery with Reverend Averyt Walker officiating. Dillard Funeral Home in Brundidge directing. Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 23, 2013 from 5-7 PM at Dillard Funeral Home in Brundidge.  Survivors include; Brother and Sister-in-law, Murrell and Glenna Johnson of Brundidge, Sister, Josephine Stone of Huntsville, Sister and Brother-in-law, Georgia and Randolph Ziglar of Troy and numerous nieces and nephews. Serving as pallbearers will be, David Helms, Clay Helms, Adam Helms, Marcus Stone, Morgan Stone, Daryle Lawson. Honorary Pallbearers will be  Jim Fleming, Roy Dean Senn, Cliff Black and Ralph Seay. In lieu of flowers memorials should be made to Alacare Hospice.
