Buffy, Cassidy Kathryn, age 20, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2013, after a long fight against cystic fibrosis. Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 2, 2013, 2:00 p.m., from the First Baptist Church, Union Springs, Alabama with Rev. David Stewart and Rev. Billy Fortune officiating. Burial will follow in Sardis Cemetery with Gray Funeral Home directing.

Cassidy was preceded in death by her grandmothers, Kathryn Allen Youngblood and Carolyn Mary Buffy. Survivors are her parents, Tim and Sueann Buffy of Banks; sister, Christan Buffy; brother, Scout Buffy; grandfathers, Benny Youngblood of Union Springs and Bernard Buffy of Midway; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Pallbearers will be Jacob Green, Joseph Green, Will Buffy, Dusty Kimbrow, Jared Lott, L. C. May, Allen Chandler, Brandon Williams, Jobe Johns, Jake Youngblood and Luke Arendall.
