Troy University men’s basketball head coach Don Maestri announced on Tuesday that junior R.J. Scott, who is on track to graduate from Troy, will be allowed to transfer to another institution following this academic year. Scott, who will not return to the Troy basketball team this season, averaged 5.4 points and 1.7 rebounds in 19 games.
