Mrs. Frances Kerr Hanson age 78 of Troy, Died Sunday, February 10, 2013 at her home.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at 1:00 pm from the Wedowee City Cemetery with Dr. Bill Campbell officiating.

She is survived by her children Hannah Hanson Jacobs of Montgomery, Hunter and Rosemary W. Hanson of Troy, her grandchildren Emory Hunter Hanson, Sushannah Wynn Hanson, and Thomas Hunter Hanson Jacobs, a sister Jane Kerr Williamson of Rome, GA., a Brother-in-law Dr. Barry Wilson of Montgomery, several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents R.H. “Buck” and Exa Hunter Kerr, a sister Melinda Kerr Wilson and a brother Rufus Henry Kerr JR.

In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or the Pike County Humane Society.
