age 86, a lifetime resident of the Tarentum Community, passed away Thursday, February 7, 2013 at his home. Graveside services for Mr. Seay will be Saturday, February 9, 2013 at 1:30 P.M. in the St. John Church Cemetery. The Reverend Mack King will be officiating and a short eulogy will be given by his grandsons. There will a visitation time after the services at Mr. Seay’s home in the Tarentum Community.

He is survived by Frances, his wife of 67 years and the mother of his two daughters, Joyce Stewart(Robert Earl) and Diane Seay. Two grandsons, Bill Tolbert(Caitlin) and Blake Tolbert. One great grand daughter, Kayli Carroll (David) and one great grandson Knox Carroll who represents the fifth completed generation. He is also survived by his brother, Ralph(Delphine) Seay of the Tarentum Community, a sister-in-law Mavis Seay of Brundidge and several nieces and nephews.
