Mrs. Janet D. Dowling, 78, of Panama City, passed away Saturday, January 19, 2013 at her residence. She is survived by her husband, George B. Dowling; five children: Jan Dowling Turner, Claire Dowling DelMonego, Christopher A. Dowling, Joy Dowling St. Amant and Hope Dowling Dinkins; eleven grandchildren: Eleanore DelMonego Paramore, Stefanie DelMonego, Anthony J. DelMonego, Jennie V. Turner, Lauren St. Amant Sauls, Sarah E. Dowling Dixon, Aimee M. St. Amant, Juliet E. Turner, Andrew T. St. Amant, Emily G. Dinkins, Caroline F. Dinkins; five great grandchildren; and Best Pal Betty Tolbert. Memorial services will be held 11:00 a.m., at Holy Nativity with Father Tom Weller officiating.
