William Harley Nicholson, age 70, a resident of Brundidge died Sunday, January 6, 2013.  Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at 2:30 pm from the Shiloh Baptist Church with Reverend J. C. Turner, Reverend Averyt Walker and Reverend Wayne Williams officiating.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery with Dillard Funeral Home of Brundidge directing.

Mr. Nicholson will lie-in-state from 1:30 pm until 2:30 pm at the church.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 8, 2013 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Dillard Funeral Home in Brundidge.

Mr. Nicholson is survived by his wife Lena Gaynell Nicholson, 2 children, Donna Nicholson Harper (Ed) of Huntsville, Dwayne Nicholson (Laurie) of Brundidge, sister, Alice Hudley (Robert) of Brundidge, 12 grandchildren, Jennifer Harper, Charles Harper, Skyler Harper, Seth Nicholson, Grace Nicholson, Abigail Nicholson, Karis Nicholson, Jesse Nicholson, Noah Nicholson, Shiloh Nicholson, Johanna Nicholson and Jude Nicholson.

Mr. Nicholson was preceded in death by his parents, Homer C. and Cloie Mae Nicholson, his brother Clarence Nicholson, and his sister Mary Stuart.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the Shiloh Cemetery Fund.
