Lea Mack and Jeremy Walker, of Panama City, Fla., stopped on the way home to take photos of damage at Brantley Mobile Home Park in Troy. The area was hit hard by an EF-2 tornado on Christmas night, destroying four homes at the mobile home park and entrapping some residents. No one was seriously injured at the mobile home park. Mack and Walker said they were “amazed” that everyone survived the disaster after seeing the destruction for themselves. (Photo/Thomas Graning)

There will be an organized volunteer clean-up effort at Brantley Mobile Home Park on Saturday beginning at 8 a.m. Property owner Melodie LeCroy said that everyone who can come out to help will be greatly appreciated. LeCroy said rakes, gloves and other tools would be helpful during the clean-up effort on Saturday. Much of the work will include cutting downed limbs and stacking them for pick up.
