Construction on the new Troy University intramural and football practice field were slowed on Monday due to rain showers. Equipment can be seen sitting idle. Two workers press through the rain to till the area around the construction site.voices

    I’d sure like to know what it cost us to fill this giant hole. Has to be way into the millions. Ridiculous waste of tax dollars
