Helen Metts LeVeque, 75, of Troy, Alabama, and a native of Laporte County, Indiana, passed away Wednesday, October 24, 2012.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Marion and Gertrude Metts, a sister, Mary Ann and a brother-in-law, Charles LeVeque.

She is survived by her husband, Stephen E. LeVeque, her sons, James, John and Stephen E., Jr., her daughters-in-law, Dianne and Liz, her grandchildren, Joseph, Stephen III and Gabrielle, all of Troy; her sisters, Betty (Deloss) Smith of Florida, Sandra (Sonny) Barrier of Tennessee and Dorothy (Patrick) Hemphill of Indiana; additional brothers-in-law, Robert, Thomas and Peter LeVeque of Indiana and several nieces and nephews.
