City of Troy employees and officials gathered Wednesday morning to release a few dozen pink balloons in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  Employees and community members who have battled breast cancer helped release the balloons.  Those present at the ceremony were given pink ribbon pins to wear and treated to pink lemonade and cupcakes with pink decorations.
