Geneva W. Green, age 61, of Goshen, AL., went home to be with her Lord Monday, August 6, 2012.

Funeral services for Mrs. Green will be Thursday, August 9, 2012, at 10 a.m., at Hepzibah Baptist Church with Reverends Rick Hayes and Larry Hall officiating. Interment will follow at Elam-Rogers Cemetery in Goshen, AL. Visitation will be Wednesday, August 8, 2012 from 5 p.m., until 8 p.m., at Green Hills Funeral Home.

Mrs. Green was a member of Hepzibah Baptist Church in Troy, AL.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George W. and Mamie Livingston; a nephew, Robbie Livingston and a niece, Rachael Field.

Mrs. Green is survived by her son, Larry Ladon Green Jr., (Lisa), of Georgia; one daughter, Sherry Green Wilkes (Chris), of Goshen AL., three brothers; G.W. Livingston (Irene), John Wesley Livingston (Beverly) and James Martin Livingston (Brenda), all of Georgia; seven sisters; Doris L. Goss, Laverne Tanner, Corean Crutchfield, Joyce Starley (Larry), Shirley Bentley (Lugand), Elaine Field (Jim), all of Georgia and Oneze Smith (Ben) of Florida.

She is also survived by six grandchildren; Caleb, Amber and Crystal Ferguson, Cherie Harrell, Morgan and Kaci Wilkes as well four “adopted” grandchildren Carmen and Camille Kelly and Graham and Grantham Wilkes.

A special thanks is extended to her caretakers Betty Ellis and Voncille Green.
