Jacee Carr and Josephine Deveridge were crowned the Valentine’s King and Queen, respectively, during the celebration at Troy Health and Rehab on Friday. Residents enjoyed sweet treats, lots of festive decorations and the crowning of the king and queen as part of their annual event.
